It draws inspiration from Piedmontese heritage, with historic dishes and bold flavors, and evolves through dialogue with you: each experience is unique, created together based on your tastes, needs, and the occasion to be celebrated.
You can choose a fully traditional journey — with classic appetizers, handmade fresh pasta, slow-cooked meat main courses, and nostalgic desserts — or customize each course to create a truly bespoke experience, ranging from modern reinterpretations and lighter revisits to more daring pairings.
I work exclusively with top-quality ingredients sourced from local, family-run farms, ensuring the highest standards of authenticity, seasonality, and short supply chain.
