The Sea Menu is an experience that combines freshness, creativity, and a passion for Mediterranean flavors. It can be inspired by the Italian seafood tradition — simple, direct, and genuine — or evolve into a gourmet journey created together with you, perfectly tailored to your taste and the occasion.
Each proposal is crafted using fresh fish selected daily, prepared with respect and creativity. Elegant raw dishes, fragrant seafood first courses, refined main courses, and sides inspired by coastal cuisine — everything tells the story of the sea with balance and intensity. No ingredient is chosen by chance: I favor local, seasonal fish, prepared with techniques that enhance the quality of the raw ingredients.
