With the 4D Food Experience, dinner becomes a multisensory story. As you enjoy a traditional Piedmontese menu, prepared with genuine, history-rich ingredients, I guide you through an exclusive documentary that follows my journey across Piedmont… riding an old Piaggio Ciao.
Among hills, villages, and farmhouses, you will discover with me small, family-run farms — guardians of ancient knowledge and extraordinary products. Those same ingredients return on your plate, told directly by the people who cultivate and transform them every day with passion.
